The Merger allows us to deliver an extensive portfolio of wines, spirits, liqueurs and beers and deliver our expertise into new markets and channels, allowing us to deliver a UK-wide market-leading premium drinks portfolio and satisfy all of our customers’ requirements.

Terms and Conditions

This list is subject to stock remaining on hand and to duty, exchange and market fluctuations. The prices shown in this list are vat inclusive per bottle, unless otherwise indicated, and in UK sterling.

You will appreciate that stock positions and prices are subject to continual change and revision. If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement. However, during peak times of the year we reserve the right to replace out of stock items with a similar item of equal or greater value.

Goods supplied will remain Bablake Wines property until payment has been received in full.

Bablake Wines is a UK Company and any dispute or claims that arise from using this website must be made or settled under UK law.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current, however we provide this site and its contents on an ‘as is’ basis and make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the site and its contents.

Bablake Wines also reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice. This is of particular relevance to Vintage Chateau Claret wines which vary in price according to the market forces of supply and demand.

Section 88C(1), Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 Amathus Drinks Plc is approved by HMRC to carry on a controlled activity and is registered under the Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme under AWRS registration no XZAW00000103368


We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners Club. All transactions are in UK pounds sterling.


Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. 

Notification must be made within three working days by telephone, post, fax or email.


If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit. Notification must be given to us within three working days from delivery.


In the unlikely event of this happening we will offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods on return of the bottle(s) in question. Notification must be given to us within seven working days of delivery. 


For your complete peace of mind you have a seven day right of withdrawal from mail order contracts. If you wish to cancel please notify Hayley Nicholls in writing at Bablake Wines Limited, Bablake House, Kingfield Road, Coventry, CV1 4LD. A refund excluding return postage and packaging will be given, provided that the goods remain in good condition. Any cancelled order will be refunded within thirty days.


Any complaints in respect of quality or service will be attended to personally by The Directors.
