Dry
French sparkler with gun flint, brioche and fresh hay aromas and a honey and pear-melon palate. A flavourful food-friendly fizz. Rarely do wines from this tiny Savoie appellation, of which the Seyssel AC is a sub-region, make it to the international market as most are consumed locally. This is made with the grapes Roussette and Molette, an indigenous grape that is used quite successfully in Savoie fizz. Food match: This food-friendly sparkler is an excellent companion for pork roast, stuffed roasted red peppers or cream-sauced pasta dishes.
