We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners Club. All transactions are in UK pounds sterling.
Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Notification must be made within three working days by telephone, post, fax or email.
If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit. Notification must be given to us within three working days from delivery.
In the unlikely event of this happening we will offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods on return of the bottle(s)in question. Notification must be given to us within seven working days of delivery.
For your complete peace of mind you have a seven day right of withdrawal from mail order contracts. If you wish to cancel please notify Kerry Brookes in writing at Bablake Wines Limited, Bablake House, Kingfield Road, Coventry, CV1 4LD. A refund excluding return postage and packaging will be given, provided that the goods remain in good condition. Any cancelled order will be refunded within thirty days.
Any complaints in respect of quality or service will be attended to personally by The Directors.
