Our Services

Telesales
We shall be happy to telephone your Company/Hotel/Restaurant at a pre-arranged time each week for your order. Please arrange this with your Account Manager.

Sale or Return
We are pleased to offer this service within our delivery areas. Full cases of beers and minerals etc., and unopened bottles of wines and spirits will be credited. The company reserve the right to charge 5% on full returns.

Glass Hire
Six types of Wine, Spirit and Beer glasses are available for functions etc. (they are charged in full and credited upon return, less any breakages). We do ask that you return them to us in a clean condition otherwise we must impose a cleaning charge of £2.00 per dozen!

Cash & Carry Trade Counter
A Counter Service is provided from 8.00am until 5.00pm (Saturdays 9.00am - 12.00noon). If required, goods may be paid for at the time of collection when our competitive Cash & Carry prices will apply.

Gift Packs
We have for many years, specialised in Gift Packs, be it sending a single bottle of wine anywhere in the country, or organising a detailed Staff Incentive Scheme. Whatever your requirement, at whatever time of year, we shall be happy to assist you in your choice.

Restaurant Wine Lists
We specialise in the printing of Customer Wine Lists and will be happy to advise on the preparation of these to ensure a balanced choice is offered. Please ask your Account Manager for details.

Tutored Presentations
It has become increasingly important to have properly trained restaurant staff who are able to serve wines competently and with some degree of knowledge. To enable your customers to receive this service, we shall at a time convenient to you, be happy to give a tutored presentation and tasting of the wines you wish to promote. Please contact your Account Manager for details.
