Bright gold colour with straw yellow tints. Very elegant nose with white flowers, honeydew, hazelnuts and quince aromas with a hint of toasted bread. Rich and mellow with a good acidic balance and a long finish with honeydew notes.
Goes especially well with seafood and white fish dishes but also with white meats, soft, fresh cheeses, tarts and fruit desserts. The wine will also be very enjoyable alone as a relaxing drink.
